Answers:
It sounds like you may be suffering depression and anxiety. Usually, when a person is feeling depressed, anxiety comes into it as well. The trembling (shaky, nervous feelings) and scary thoughts, together with feeling this way when other people are around, as well as when you're alone (although it can be controlled when alone) sounds like you may be suffering both. When a person is depressed and anxious all kinds of symptoms are happening and we feel overwhelmed and unable to control what we feel is going on. Symptoms may include: unable to stop worrying, not sleeping properly, shaking and trembling, feeling sick, fear of losing control, feeling very low, no energy, feeling frightened all the time but not knowing why, listless, loss of interest in usual everyday life etc. Don't worry about seeing your doctor, help is there, all you need to do is explain how you feel and ask what it is and what help is available. I certainly don't think it's anything 'psychotic.' Many many people suffer from depression and anxiety, and having had a baby it could well be postnatal depression. The bravest step is that you have asked for help already by confiding your troubles and asking for advice here. Be a little braver and see your doctor.
sounds like you have tremblism
