This too shall pass. Get on with your life. Get out there and do what you like to do best. Force yourself. There are many more fish in the sea. Put away the reminders. The pictures, the letters, etc. from your ex. Focus on yourself for awhile and not this rejection. It hurts. I know; but it will pass. Make yourself attractive everyday. You will feel better. DO IT FOR YOU! Learn more about who you are and what you enjoy. One day you will attract someone else who is attracted to the evolved you.

if you can't make your self happy then no one else can either.
Depression and anxiety is normal in everyone. Let yourself be down for a while. You can't just drop it and move on right away.
But when you finish greiving(here comes the best part. Burn the damn pictures you took together!! And take pictures of you burning them. Do it over a drink and cry over it one last time.
You are a wonderful person. Your ex abused and wasted your time, and obviously he is not worth it. There is still hope for you, but he will most likely go on in his life 1) wondering what would've happened if you had stayed together and 2) ending good relationships with people because he's afraid of commitment or doesn't want to get close to anyone. This guy is a loser, and you're better off without him. I promise.
Did it work??
well you can always listen to your favorite music how about some gospel Exercise helps besides a funny story
Tell you a funny story. Once I got in an elevator on the 38th floor. I noticed a bad smell. Two ladies got on at the 33rd floor. They were speaking Spanish. I don't look Spanish, but I speak some from when I lived in Miami. One lady said to the other in Spanish, as she kind of glared at me, "that guy must've had something rotten for lunch". She obviously didn't think I understood her! As we got off the elevator, I told the lady, "excuse me, it wasn't me who passed gas and I haven't even had lunch yet". The look on her face was priceless! Also, you can go to my profile. Look at my question: Kindly say somthing positive. The answers cheered me up when I was having a bad day.
Don't worry. Several top personalities had depression including Winston Churchill and Florence Nightingale.
