who takes EYE Q capsules?

and are they any good...they for the brain...you take 6 a day for 12 weeks but i dnt know if its one every 3 hours or so, or is it 3 tablets in morning and 3 at night...how do you take these

My kids took a course of these - 2 three times a day.

It's very hard to tell if they made a real difference, because they are growing and maturing at such a fast rate anyway (they are aged 5 and 10).

However, I would say that my 5 year old son has taken more of an interest in learning lately. He was always an inquisitive soul, but his concentration levels seem higher.

This is the first time we have ever given the kids any form of suppliment, but it looks like it has worked.

One other thing - they both get up in the morning in a brighter frame of mind.

But . . . would all this have happened without the tablets? There is simply no way to tell.
