Is it hallucination?

Question:

Is it a hallucination to see things moving, altough you don't feel them moving and you KNOW that it's not real?

Answers:
It depends on what you were looking at. That has happened to me. Usually it is just optical illusions. Our brain only processes a small amount of information that is coming in. So, it was probably a real thing that you were seeing.
