Answers:
When you are born, you are a blank slate. Those who raise you and who are around you influence who you are. Experiences also shape the way you react to things (for example, you touch a hot stove and get burned, you learn what heat is, and next time you know not to touch it.) The way to reverse that is to make a conscious decision to try new things and go out of your comfort zone, a little at a time. I'm not saying to try something dangerous, maybe try a sport and you will get self confidence. (Kickboxing and martial arts are wonderful)
MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY??? I don't really understand the question.
