u no doze for the morning,do that for 2 days ,and u will sleep natural that night,u may wake up off and on, but u have to get use to sleeping at night,or in less get a niterr job,then sleep during the day,if anything else try nite sleep med,or Tylenol sleep aids,take 2,til u get adjusted again,then one, for a couple of weeks ,then none in less u need them.try decaff before u go to bed,drink less coffee,cause your body wants to keep going,try herbal med,help aids,take a hot shower before bed,or bath.
