How do you deal with a sister who has cancer?

my has cancer since she was five. Now she 17.sometimes I feel weird around her.and sometimes I afraid she going to die.

You don't say how old you are, but I'm sure it's been rough on you having a sister who's been sick for 12 years. Cancer is a mean, indiscriminate disease that doesn't really care how old we are or how well we take care of ourselves.
I imagine your sister's illness has taken a toll on everyone in your family. Your parents must be very worried about her. It's possible they spend so much energy on your sister's illness that they don't really have a lot of quality time to spend with you. That's understandable, but it puts an added burden on you. The first thing I'd suggest is that you ask your teacher whether there's a school counselor you might speak with. If they do, see if you can just go in and tell the counselor what you just said here. You can really benefit from having an understanding person to speak with and who listens to you.
Your sister needs your love. I imagine she'd like to talk to you about your lives too.
We all die, sweetheart. Your sister may live longer than you think, or she might very well die of the disease. What kind of memories would you like to have of her if she should die soon? Good ones? I bet you would! Just go in and chat with her if she feels up to it. Tell her about your day. Play a board game or a card game. Read her a book or a short story. Or just watch TV together. Anything you do out of love will make memories for both of you, and will make your lives happier.
