How do I gain more energy during the morning and afternoon?


Question:
I have a problem always feeling tired during the day. I go to bed at Midnight everynight (sometimes 11:00pm), wake up at 8am every morning. I don't have diabetes or thyroid problems. I also live an active lifestyle. The problem I have is I am always tired up until about 5pm. After 5pm I seem to gain complete mental clarity and alot of energy.... making it hard to get to sleep at nights. I'm a full time student so it isn't related to work. And I eat fairly healthy. What can cause this and how can I prevent being tired all day?

Answers:
you need to enjoy what you are doing ,, then you can say i can't wait for the next day,, i think you just don't like what you are doing,, see the good things to come when you finish school,, it will payoff in the long run,, good luck
Put your favorite c.d on and just get it! but seriousally, doing something you enjoy doing that doesn't take much, is a good idea.
