When does solitude become unhealthy social isolation?
Question:
Answers:
Social Isolation is rarely "unhealthy" because everyone is different. Some people are introverted and require more time away from people and that fits their personality. Rarely you see a truly solitude person (i.e. a hermit), so don't worry about it. You're normal. :)
When you prefer to be alone to the point that you avoid interacting with people, going out with friends, et cetera. We all need people in our lives, and we all need friends. I enjoy spending time with myself, but I enjoy being with friends just as much. It's a balance.
