This visualization really works:
If you're worrying about something that you can do nothing about, then do the following:
Visualize the problem situation & place it, in your imagination, on the windshield of a car. Then visualize the wipers wiping the situation away - off into nothingness.
If the thought returns, "wipe" it again. This is very very effective.
