I would not stop cold turkey with these type of major medications it is always best to taper off. you have to have someone you know really monitor your behaviour also try to pay attention closely to your own behaviour. if any of the symptoms return is good to go back up for a while you can always go back down at some point in time in my opinion most doctors are quacks and its not called practicing medicine for nothing be careful also there is high suicide risk with going off anti depressants so really pay attention what emotions you are feeling
