Does anyone know any good site of free online counselling?

I am 25 yr old medical student and under depression and suicidal tendencies. Though I am seeing psychiatrist and on medications. But i want a good psychological counsellor but cant find any. Well i am from India and living in a small town. Does anyone can tell me any site where i can get online counsellin free of cost?

Please see someone face-to-face. Do a search for licensed counselors in your area. Also, your psychiatrist should be able to recommend someone since most psychiatrist do not conduct therapy themselves. If you are having any current suicidal ideations then go to your local emergency room.
Nobody is going to provide good, qualified counselling free of charge. Counselling should be a face to face process not conducted over the internet.
