I've been told that its possible with therapy. so far I just keep becoming more of a we situation. D.I.D.
Check out (http://www.reducingstress.net ) there is a lot of great articles and expert advice on the subject there. i severed from ptsd for about 2 yrs i had my hand blown of from a mortar round in the army. i also got addicted to all the drugs the doctors was treating my ptsd with. i started going to alcholics anonymous to get help with my drug problem AA help me with the drugd my ptsd and life.
