What does caffeine actually do to us?

Question:
too much coffee

Answers:
Longterm or too much caffeine, as it is a diuretic, will destroy your B vitamins (which are water soluable). I learned the hard way that a B vitamin, inositol, is necessary for the scalp to be able to hold hair folicles in. Without enough inositol, my hair was coming out in greater amounts any time I handled it: brushing, combong, running my finger thur' my hair, shampooing, conditioning, combing out in the shower. Decreasing coffee or increasing supplements helped.
