What medications would one take for aviaphobia? (fear of flying)?

If this is a fear you wish to overcome the best way in my opinion would be Counseling.That would help you recognize why you are afraid of flying. Then when you are ready take a flight see you are as safe or safer then driving. Once you have recognized why you have the fear and then confronted it you will have dealt with it and then can put it behind you. Good luck.

a mood relaxer.xanax there are other types of mood relaxers.there are also some over the counter ones.
