My husband is a recovering addict and I am having difficulty dealing with it.?

Question:
My husband is about 4 months clean and we are now fighting constantly. He is constantly snapping at me and picking fights, I have to beg for attention and then he looks for reasons to get away. I don't know what to do, we are both in counseling and it isn't helping us to get along. My Alanon group says that he is still learning to deal with everyday life and I know this, but I am scared that now that he is clean....he doesn't like who I am. Any thoughts??

Answers:
My sis is going thru this, but he picks at one of the kids, which is worse.
He still loves you, but he's afraid he'll let you down. He also has nobody he feels comfy venting to---so he's testing your limits. As in, how far can I push her before she breaks? He is full of doubt--he finally, soberly, sees you, and is afraid he doesn't deserve your love and support--and subconsciously tries to sabotage it.
If you truly love him, see it through. If not....clean cuts heal quicker.
My prayers are with you!
Tell him to get to AA or NA. Did he go to 90 meetings in 90 days? That should help him. Good luck
