porn addiction...how to stop?

Question: ok i look at many types of porn and i look alot. so i was thinking, whal i try to stop should i just drop it all at once or should i drop off each type slowly. like tonoght and for the next week no incest and beastality porn (i am ashamed the most by thoes) and then gay porn after that for a week and after that MILF porn and hopefull y after that week i will be cured. is that a good tactic?

personally i find guys that look at porn are less satisfied with sex because their expectations of women and how they should look, act, and how sex should be is so different than how it really is. you become desensitized to real women's bodies, and can only be turned on by women who have had plastic surgery or are alot better looking than the girls you'll meet. you may never be satisfied and keep looking the rest of your life. get rid of your computer, or lock the sites, whatever you need to do to get it out of your life for a long time. after about 6 months you may occaisionally look if its not a problem but if you really are addicted you'll start going at it again..
