I talked to my mom about my birthday, she ignored me. I feel so upset.?

Question:

It's my birthday tommorrow.
Today I talked to my mom about my birthday when we are both in the house. She ignored me. I repeated myself 3 times, she still ignored me. I feel so sad, so hurt. I hate her.

Does she normally celebrate your birthday? Dont wnt to give false hope but there could be a suprise. Yet i do doubt that. My parents never celebrate my birthday! It always makes me sad. But what can i do? I ask them why they dont. But they say its not what our religion does. BUT I SEE EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS THE SAME RELIGION AS ME CELEBRATE THEIR BIRTHDAY! But meh.
Life goes on. You cant just get depressed and kill yourself over such things.
Oh also dont forget to sing.
