Anybody been sucsessfull appealing against Band 2 in the NHS Agenda for Change or are we to be shafted again?


Question:
Am currently in the process of filling in a JAQ (job analysis questionaire) is there any point ,as the Trust I work for clearly could not afford to give the Psychiatric nursing assistants a band 3 this would cost to much, despite the fact that when the points are added we clear 240 of the 199 that are needed you just know they will worm their way out of paying people what they deserve, just because of the financial implacations. Just like they did in 1988 with a similar pay restructure.

I don't think anyone is particularly happy with their banding but that does seem unnecessarly unfair!! I hope they rethink!
You will be shafted again and again! NHS bosses aren't.
