Without a lot more information that is specific to this person, good advice can not be given over the internet, but I will at least tell you that there is a new experimental treatment derived from the Israeli Giant Yellow Scorpion venom that is used to attack certain formerly untreatable types of brain tumors - they were difficult to treat because these types of tumors are of cells that actually move around in the brain, so cutting them out would not solve the problem.
