What I suggest you do is go back to bed and try to get some sleep. Also, you should do what you can to increase your electrolyte intake. This can be done by adding lemon to your ice tea, or try adding lemon to Coca-Cola. I did that once, and it was wonderful. Also, if you smoke, you should quit, or at least cut down. The same thing can be said about alcohol use. Lastly, do everything you can to avoid all artificial sweeteners. They can do more harm than good to your system in more ways than one. Including effecting your memory.
With three children, I'd say you are just overtired. You sound way too young to worry about loss of mental capability. You probably need a break - can someone watch the kids and let you rest? It's probably the perfect cure! I know, I'm a Mom, too!
