I can only give you my own recipe.
Stop studying at 7 PM the day before.
Think for a while what is the worst that could happen if you fail. You will realize that it is not a case of life or death. (literally) Life will goes on. That usually relax me. Whatever will be, will be.
Forget about your expectations. Look at the examination as if it were a sporting competition. The important thing is to compete, do your best and, if you can, win. Sometimes you lose. So what?
Go to the gym, run or play tennis (better). Something physical. Other options are valid too. Anything that you enjoy, involving intensive physical activity.
Have dinner with carbohydrates (like pasta). It helps to sleep.
Of course, no alcohol.
When timo to go to bed comes, inhale and exhale deeply. You will see that your anxiety is reduced a bit. The same the day of the examination. Inhale and exhale deep.
