life is intensely difficult, but it always has been - even in caveman days, hunting food, fighting off preditors, fighting the weather. modern man can control most of this and seek pleasure, unknown to ancient man, so we really have it good. we must control our lives and not let it control us - it starts with that concept Life can be extremely difficult if you don't have the financial resources or the emotional support system you need. Unfortunately, too many people have the tendency to look outside themselves for a solution to their problems as they have never learned to do otherwise.

Life is difficult because humans have made it that way. Far too many have thrived on drama, power, greed, etc through the centuries and now we all live like that. Life is tough, and may be difficult because of many circumstances.
You need to understand your current situation well, and set realistic expectations about what you need emotionally first, and then move on to the financials.
I learned that the objective of life is a life full of objectives. Set some for yourself . and each little step move you to resolving some of the difficulties.
Do not try to take all the problems in at the same time, nor in big chunks. Try to get friends, and see if they are able to help.
Join a church, or other social group with similar issues - some may already have gone through what you are feeling now.

yes it really is difficult, I would say it's the government's fault but if it wasn't them it might be something else so I guess we just have to take our trials and tribulations and remember we are all going through it and someday things will take a change for the better..here's hoping
