You may want to check out www.hufa.org - the symptoms link, and see if the crying person has other symptoms, that may be due to low blood sugar.

If so, the diet suggestions at that website, or in the books noted in the library link may offer some relief.

Remember, one can grieve for a loss of things other than the loss of a person's life. Crying is a part of the grieving process. If it is prolonged or unhealthy crying, then it may not be due to grieving (presuming a non-infant that is doing the crying).
Simply talk to someone, it would be better to discuss the problems that are making you cry with a professional where medication might be given but starting out and you don't feel comfortable with that, speak with a close friend, clergymen, counsler at school any one you can trust and feel comfortable with.

Now if this is a female it could be depression like i spoke about above but it also could be an hormone imbalance and speaking with your Dr. could help.
Did you eat today, your blood sugar might be low. If that is not the problem try to think of other things. If you are grieving, just let yourself grieve. If you are crying because the postman came late or something like that you might be having a hormone problem. see a doctor. I wish you happy days and hope you get help.
