Do you think it is OK for people to dream about seeing their dead family members?
Question:
Answers:
Absolutely. It's a way to deal with the pain, isn't it?
It depends.
If a person relives a horrible moment over and over in their dreams, such as a tragic death or accident, then it's not even a dream...it's a nightmare. So that's bad. But if it's simply a way to remember the loved one as they once were, alive and happy, then there's nothing wrong with that. It helps them heal, even.
After my grandma died we all dream about her. The whole family discusses their dreams to eachother. it is normal.
