Its all about self esteem and confidence. If you argue with someone you care about.it always matters. Upsetting people we love, hurts..but you know, little arguements are part of life. Just dont ever go to bed angry or go off angry..you never know whether you will get the chance to make up.
i do too! Conflicts are very uncomfortable. Blame seems to be something humans needs to do. When you blame, you remove yourself from the responsibility. When we blame ourselves we tend to torture ourselves. So, forgive in your heart yourself or others.
There doesn't have to be a wrong person and a right person for you just to diffuse the situation by saying "Sorry I offended you." It's just not worth the angst to keep a feud going.
Don't beat yourself up. Learn to accept yourself and you will accept others more gracefully.
