I have been in similar situations. Suicidal thoughts and depression are hard to deal with. Talking to other people about it can help, make sure it's someone who you know won't tear you apart about it, but who will be honest with you. Start writing a journal, and put all of your feelings down on paper, it helps to just get it out. Go see a counselor if you feel you need to, although that's expencive.
But the best way to fight it, and get past it.is Jesus Christ. What helped me to over-come depression and everything that came with it, was knowing that no matter what other people may think or say about me, God and Jesus love me. And they love you, they know you are beautiful inside and out, and you are made perfectly. It hurts Jesus to know you are hurting so badly inside, and I know He wants to take that pain away from you. When I start feeling like I can't go on, because the storm I am in is just getting to difficult to bear, all I have to do is call on Jesus' name, and say, "Lord, I can't do this, I need your help, will you carry me through this storm??" And ya know what? He does every time, it always gets easier to bear, and before I know it, I've made it through.

when u got the medications was it for stress or depression because thats what it sounds like. And i hope everything gets better for u . Go to church, Just be yourself don't let other people walk over you just because you are different
You have depression you should vist a therapist once or twice a week. And to much stress tell your friends to stop critizing you and talk to someone about your problems. Dont let the birds of worry nest in your hair. Or any kind of bird for that matter. hope it helps.
well if you're still working at that job.. i would definitely quit now.. when your job starts making you feel like that. it's not worth it. i would also go talk to a doctor/therapist... you can't let a few people criticizing you make you want to hurt yourself. to hell with them.. why should you care what they think. i would also get back in school..it might help you feel better.. it's just reality.. there's not as many oppurtunities for people out there with out an education.
Honey, I work in a mental health facility. You really sound like you might be depressed. Depression can be brought on by many things. Mostly it is a chemical imbalance in your brain, but it can also be brought on by stress. Not all medications will work for everyone. My recommendation is to see a psychiatrist and try some different medications. It also take some meds longer to work. It can take 2 weeks or more for them to work.
If you are thinking suicidal thoughts, you really need to check yourself into a hospital. There is help available sweety. Please go to your local emergency room, or call a suicide hot line until you can get on some stable medication. Don't listen to what others say about your weight or how you look and act. Get help. You only have one life.
You have to first accept yourself for who you are. You mentioned a weight problem. That doesn't have to be permanent. NOBODY is perfect. Thank god we are all a little crazy! People tell me I'm too quiet. I tried for years to change that but it never happened. Now that I'm a little older I accept it and I don't feel the need to try to be someone else. If people don't like it then tough! If the people you work with are that negative then surround yourself with positive ones. You could work at a daycare where children will love you and accept you for who you are.
When I have bad thoughts i say to myself "I'm giving it to God" that way I don't have to think about it anymore. So simple, but it works for me.
I think you could finish high school. You have a lot of deep thoughts and a busy mind. Most intelligent people do. I truly hope that you can accept and love yourself for who you really are.
You can go as far in life as you want to take yourself. okay man i no haw u feel but if you wanna have a good life do what i did and folow this list..
1. if someone talks **** about you just think (or say) at least i dont have to make fun of other people to feel good about myself
2. stop caing what people think live life how you want to
3. wehn u feel suicidal think "wait what will i miss" and invision your self with a loving family with your kids going up to u and saing "good night daddy we love you" and then you usually feel better
4. dude your weight dosnt matter thers more of you to love and be happy that you have the chance to live each day to its fullest .
