Does ginkgo really improve memory if it doesn't do you know something that to do so?

Question:

Answers:
Gingko makes blood circulation better and it is believed that a better circulation in brain helps your memory. But actually Gingko is more useful if you have bad circulation in your limbs. A better solution if you want to help your memory and concentration (before the exams for example) would be food supplements with amino acids. There are several medications for better memory too, but it should be a serious memory impair and they require doctor's prescription.

Other Answers:
After a brain injury gave me amnesia, I took Ginkgo Biloba to improve my memory. It didn't help me. My case might have been to extreme. I'm sure that if your mind is already healthy, it can help you. It won't do it for you. You have to work on your memory. Reading really helps your memory.

Paying attention and repetition. Ginko may help concentration.
No easy answer sorry my friend.

I would give you a reply I think as right. There are many remedies, techniques(for example Eastern one,Yoga, etc.),and even medication(which are prescribed only in particular cases) which are supposed to FACILITATE the memory. If you imply facilitation, not put the stress on improbement too much I would say Yes,Gingko Biloba is one of those remedies, especially when is taken in combination with other herbs, and it's very IMPORTANT which form to be chosen-skip the tablets,or tea, search for tinktures.Other very good memory "boosters" are Guarana,Gingjen, some Vitamins, etc. Be careful in taking them, ask for an advice before usage! Good luck!
