What do you do when your mad?

I write in a journal, to help me calm down. IT sounds stupid but it does help. Or I just go calm myself down.

I scream in my car and cry outta frustration.then I go to my kickboxing class and let it all out!!

i don't get mad i get even just stare at something insignificant for a while till you feel better.

Close the windows and doors and scream into my pillow. Before I used to scream and punch a sort of punch bag that came back at me.

Before I do anything else I count to 10. Otherwise, my anger will be controlling me instead of the other way around.

I usually yell, or worse yet, try to get even. This is even worse when I'm in a car. I don't know why, but if someone makes me mad when I'm behind the wheel..

I throw thing..big heavy things that dont belong to me and i yell.a lot!! Try to Zen. I do not like the discontent of being mad.


Sit by myself and stew about whatever I'm mad about. I don't handle that kinda thing too well.


Lift weights, workout with LOUD music.. hard rock, heavy metal.. I used to punch holes in the walls and break stuff, then that got expensive so I had to stop.

when I'm really pissed at someone I try to figure out how to calmly explain to them why they are an @sshole. By the time I figure out how to calmly explain it I'm usually calmed down

I also clean when I'm mad.I don't know why lol I clean when I'm bored too.


Stay in my room and not talk to anyone, and then try to reason with myself, "Do I need to be mad?" Take deep breathe and count to 10 and try to calm down relax it just gets worst when you are mad..


I GO TO A QUITE SPOT. TAKE A COLD DRINK OF WATER. AND BREATH SLOWLY. OR A YELL AND SQUEEZE MY STRESS BALL. IT WORKS FOR ME!
