Can anyone tell me why I keep having hallucinations?

Sometimes voices to do with my ex of 10 years ago. I have had a head injury 14 years ago and have been diagnose with schizophrenia 12 years ago,

Often a head injury results in long term hallucinations. I'm unsure why you would have a schizophrenia dx unless it is primary to your head injury. I would get a second opinion on your dx (diagnosis). Frankly, taking some meds for schizophrenia will not be helpful. It is possible that your medication is not right for you or it is time to increast the dose. But once again, I'd get a second opinion.
