i'm black and i shave but i always get the bumps under my neck anybody know what i should do?

white people get those too! the bumps are probably because when you shave your cutting the skin a little and inflaming the follicles. you could use a electic razor. you could moiturize and exfoliate. you may also need to look out for ingrown hairs these bumps somtimes cause

because of the type of hair you have you are more likley to get ingrown hairs. Use an exfoliant after you shave.

My husband sometimes gets ingrown hair around his neck. When this happens he prefers to dry shave with his mach 3 razor. You can also try cleaning your face after shaving to remove anything irritating like shaving cream. Try using Cetaphile skin cleanser or the store brand equivilant. You can also try Tea Tree oil.
