how do u get mental health care?

my husband has been going to mhmr and is on northstar, he is about to lose it due to the fact that he had to start a joba nd works 8am-9pm m-s and sundys off sunday mhmr is not open,,, so if he dont go to classes or go see the dr at mhmr he looses his care, i have been calling them for 3 days trying to get refills on his meds and they are taking there sweet ******* time, hubby starting to loose it again he has lost 3 jobs due to them not hurrying and helping, how can i get him care without going to mhmr and crap, like go to a regular dr? but then again we dont have insurance, only his northstar which he will loose wen we quit going to mhmr. i dont know what to do we have a 4 month old son to take are of,,,,
