I don't know if you mean psychic, instead of phychic, because I don't know what phychic means. However, if you were truly psychic, you would KNOW who on this site was or wasn't. So you have disproved your own question by asking it.

Common sense more than psychic ability would tell you that ordering people not to say "anything stupid" would simply be asking for the direct opposite.
