i saw a boy at my school (earlier this year) pick his nose.AND EAT IT! is he "not right" in the head?

i dont think that the person that you speak of isnt messed up in the head i think that it is grose for sure but maybe he dosent know any better . once at my school a boy did the same thing but either way every person has the own faults stop looking at him than if its gross
