Refrasing (Do Not Strain Myself)?


Question:
Im 15, I Workout With A Weight Bench, Dumbells And A Weight Machine Wich I Do Not Know Its Name..... Sit Ups And Other Various Things But I Only Do It For 30Min A Day (Except Fridays) And I Dont Do All The Things In One Day Eg. Monday I Might Use The Bench , The Next Day Use Dumbells And Do Sit-Ups,Push-Ups Ect. And I Do It At A Pace, And Keep My Back Straight And I Dont Strain Myself Would It Do Any Serious Damage When Im 50 Eg. Bad Back Ect.........

My God, ur only 15, why worry so much now. No u will not have any problem
If you are working out properly with weights that are not too much for you and not straining your back or muscles now, you won't be doing any long term damage to your body.
