Maybe try doing something you like to keep you from thinking about thoses thoughts. I can understand because once in a while I have thoughts like those too, but when I do, I read comic books (my fav. hobby) to keep my mind off of things. Or better yet watch a comedy movie! If that doesn't work here's a good joke for u then:

Perhaps you feel comfortable enough nowadays to begin to express yourself. Don't stifle, explore.
you sound like you need anger management therapy. It is nothing to be ashamed of everyone needs help every now and again. Before you can settle in a relationship that you say suppresses these feelings you have to be happy and content with yourself which in my opinion you are not. You need to get a psch evaluation at once. Please, take care of your mental health. There are many solutions. The Psychiatrist can give you a good evaluation, get you on some meds and then get you in counseling. Please get help, there is no shame in being ill. Best of health and recovery.
sounds like you may be having obsessions but I would like to know what kinds of thoughts you have.
1) If you try not to have those thoughts (I mean you try to resist not to have them) but not sucdessful,
2) If those thoughts come into your mind repeatedly even though you don't want them.
3) If those thoughts are not pleasurable
Above 3 points are important features of what we call OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). so if you think you have them, consult your doctor.
if its too bad go to a shrink. but till the bad thots are not converted into actions, its ok i gess You might need some therapy and some sessions of anger management.
Talk to someone. They may not understand it.But they can help you figure yourself out.
Good luck =] =] Don't be embarrassed. No one is perfect, and we all have anger and think bad thoughts from time to time. It sounds like your anger and bad thoughts are causing you a lot of distress, though, so maybe it will help you to see a counselor and talk about it. There may be something very specific that you are angry about, and that is what you are suppressing, and if you can find out what it is, you can heal from it. Good luck to you, and please take good care of yourself.
