Should I make Game Over of my life ? I Can't Play it.It's too hard ?

Question: I M 20 yr old guy from India.I m totally frustrated with my life.There is no friends for me.I m lonely.I have no friends becoz i have a prblm with my speech & at times hearing also.I cnot communicate with other people .I am very less talkitive.And even when i talk does not make sense to anyone around me.Nobody listen to what i m say,They just ignore me.The most important thing i m worried of is that who will give me a Job if i have this type of disablities.I am good at computers in practical.But when it comes to talking theorically i m a MUM.i have done till XIIth std.I m financially poor.I can't even see a speech therapist to solve my prblm.I have been living for 6 yrs now with this disablities.Before age of 14 i was fine.But after 14 yrs i started having tension due to some disorder of my body part.I did not have any idea that this kind of disorder exits in the world which is called Gynecomastia.i dont have the power to live any more.Is there anyone who can do something for me?

Gynecomastia effects approximately 40 to 60 percent of all men. It is not uncommon at all! You need to get some counseling so you can come to terms with your condition. This alone might help with your speech problem, but if it does not, your counselor might be able to point you to a therapist who can, as well as a doctor to treat your gynecomastia.
