It is very hard for me to get out of the bed in the morning. Help!?

Question:
It's not that I'm tired!
I think one of the reason is that I have to study matter I'm not interested in ( I'm a tourism management student, basically economics) :( Also, I don't have much fun in a day :(
I'm not a native speaker and I'm not living in english speaking country, so I apologize if there are language mistakes

Answers:
I really sympathize you.

I have just the same problem as you have. After a few years of having this problem, I've come to a conclusion that this problem has only one cause - you just DON'T HAVE A GOOD ENOUGH REASON to get out of bed. Your studies suck, or your job sucks, or your life sucks. Looks like that's exactly what you've written.
Why the hell one should get out of bed to do something which sucks? One shouldn't, one wouldn't, and that is normal.

I think the only good way to fix this is to fix the cause. Fix your life. You study what you don't like? Tourism management economics? He-he, just like my ex-girlfriend :) Say goodbye to that! Find something you'll be interested in! Your job sucks? Just change your job! One shouldn't have a job which he/she does not like. The job takes at least half of your waking hours! You cannot treat this like "just a job". It should be fun for you!

Also, find more friends. You need more communication. Loneliness is the primary cause of depression and of this kind of attitude to life.

If there's nothing interesting in life to you, so you cannot change your tourism management economics to something else, then you need professional help. Seek a counselor, a psychologist.

PS: I'm also not a native speaker.

PPS (update): I have a long close relationship with a person doing tourism management economics. We're still very good friends. And I'm absolutely sure that there's nothing in this area what can be good for a human, smart and creative person. You will finally find yourself having a menial job, without a single chance of fixing it. Tourism is menial. You may be a high level manager but still all your work will be menial overall, and this causes GRAVE PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE. Change the area of your studies while it's not too late.

Well I do kinda sympathize, but not much. Take advantage of the situation, find someone to teach English, with all the bad words.
Or start your own baseball team, try not to start an international crisis, if you can help it.Try talking tourist into doing that for you. The point is The point is don't take life so serious, that will always bum you out.

It's possible that you're depressed. If you're experiencing other symptoms, such as difficulty falling asleep, weight loss/gain, social withdrawal, hopelessness, thinking of suicide, etc., you might benefit from therapy or meds.

Otherwise, it may help to get involved in things you are interested and do enjoy. Maybe change what you're studying (you don't want to do something for the rest of your life that you don't enjoy!), find a club or group that does something you like - a sports club, book club, cultural club, etc. Make time for something you enjoy and look forward to each day, even if it's only 15 minutes - like walking outside, cooking, reading, etc.

P.S. Your English is great!
