Exercise. Run, lift weights, swim, throw a ball, whatever makes you sweat. The chemicals produces by anger in your body, need somewhere to go. Physical activity gives them someplace to go.

GO JOGGING, OR EXERCISE.. PUNCHING BAG.
I usually go for a run or do something physical like that. Pysical activity turns that anger into positive energy. I also have a punching back to vent on when I need to which I think is helpful but honestly the running or working out seems to work better for me.
Punching bags, exercise, and i talk to someone, if there is noone around write your feelings down it doesnt matter what you write, just whatever comes out of your pen. It really does help
yoga & meditations.
you have an problem called: Anger explosive disorder. It is something that is new in the world well at least the therapist just named it and found out they could invent something new after years of talking of anger and fear. I think someone to speak too would be a great idea for you. Go see a counsellor of somekind that listens not talks the whole session. Talk to your parents or a friend too is good. Try to realize when it is triggered and why, is the first step. Good luck to you.
get some eggs..and egg the shower it is a good stress reliever and easy to clean when you are done or punch a pillow or meditate
i gofor a 2 hour bike ride when i can when i am angry. some times i have to go to work so i just try to hide my anger while i am there and after about 4 hours of runing around doing this or that (i work at wendys and most of the time i'm a runer, i do any thing any one needs me to.) i forget about why i am angry.
Things that I do is call one of my friends that always put me in a good mood! Or I go and work out..Lifting weights can take a lot of anger out..
There are several tools I use:
1) Don't let it build up. Let people know before you get so mad that you want to scream. Sometimes an irritation can be nipped in the bud, most people don't really want to make you angry.
2) If it is outside of your control, prayer does help, since if nothing else it takes the focus off of you. Doing something nice for someone else helps too, for the same reason.
3) If you can run, or do other vigorous physical exercise try that, again it takes you mind off the problems, and releases endorphines into your body that help make you feel better.
4) If nothing else works, I suggest seeing a therapist or counselor, to help you talk out your anger, and see what your solutions may be.
do some exercise
I'm totally with you on this one! Whenever possible, try to remove yourself from the situation. If you can get outside, that's the best.
1. Go for a very brisk walk
2. Go to a batting cage and smack some baseballs!
3. Go to the gym for a workout
4. Call a friend and ask them to listen
5. If you don't have a lot of options, excuse yourself and go to the restroom. If the restroom is big enough (and noone is in there), you can always do some quick pacing.
6. Get yourself moving in some way. Put on your favorite song and dance!
Physical activity works great - but if the person is standing right there, you are going to feel more like punching them out.
Anger is an emotion, and we're entitled to feel anger, but it's how we respond to this emotion that's important - for your own health.
You must find a way that works for you - I cry - sometimes I swear - but mostly I just keep busy doing things I like so that way I'm already in a good frame of mind. Anger can't get the best of me then. I can still be angry, but it's under control.
1st take a very DEEP breath and let it out slowly. then tell yourself it's not worth the trouble YOU will suffer if you fly off the handle if you blow it.. If it's an on going issue please forgive the person(s) to whom you are angry at and more important, forgive yourself if you feel you are at fault.
I use to have so much anger inside of me against two people and after along time I finally forgave the first person and myself and the relief that I felt was sooooo good and letting go of that anger made my entire body feel lighter, don't know how to explain this one but it did.
The second person who almost cost me my life was my husband and forgiving him (but never forgetting what he did to me) has saved me a different kind of pain.
Good luck
Don't know if this would help you or not, but it works for me.
I like to play a violent video game line Nightmare Creatures where you can behead and slice monsters in half. Gives me something satisfying to take my aggressions out on.
But then again it would be bad if someone were very impressionable and wanted to do things that were in video games, which is rare, but obviously happens since parents are concerned that violent games cause voilent behavior.
Luckly it's opposite for me and it keeps me from violent behavior.
Others have given good answers that might work for you, like running or punching a punching bag.
The winner-players in life have many positive ways to deal with their ongoing anger problems. First of all they think they are right and the outsiders have no right to live. Second the testosterone levels making the anger emotions are feed ample sexual activities until they feel medicated. The winners are in the majority and seldom get angry together as they go by leaders in their secret lives to gain money and sex using their secret combinations amongst themselves.
