I havent slept for 27 hours. I'm extremely tired right now. should i take a nap now or wait till tonight..

I don't know what time zone you're in, but I would suggest possibly taking a nap for a couple of hours then going to bed at your regular bedtime tonight. That way you don't totally throw off your body clock tomorrow. You need to get some sleep though!

I would wait until tonight to go to bed. Waiting that long to sleep is unhealthy and it will effect your immune system. I would get on a schedule. Now, you can never gain back the sleep that you lost. You should get more than 6 hours of sleep per night and no more than 9 hours. If you get more or less you can get sick.
This is abuse to your body, lack of better words. So try and get the sleep you need, you'll be glad you did considering the fact that you won't be falling asleep when you sit down.
