How can I break my depression cycle?

Question:
I feel depressed all the time, I am a stay at home mom doing daycare in my house and I feel trapped all day! The problem is that I am depressed almost non stop, Im tired, crying and have horrible mood swings, I had a hysterectomy 8 months ago and just had all my hormones checked. The dr. just told me they were all within normal range and not to worry. I have 2 small kids and this is affecting my marriage. How do I get myself out of this, I used to be a perky happy mommy and now I hate myself.

add to your hormones with soy capsules and black cohosh. Also enchinia will pick up your immune system. Surgery can drain alot out of a person and take almost two years to feel better. You will make it. Wal Mart got all thoose herbs.
