How can I avoid STRESS? If I having to be in STRESS how can I handle it?

Question:
How can I avoid STRESS? If I having to be in STRESS how can I handle it?

Answers:
Don't put yourself in situations you know aren't beneficial to you. In example: being around people whom you have to defend yourself to. If you have to be in those situations, find a focal point. Take deep breaths and not let them know they are getting to you. Think of someone you admire dearly and happy memories they bring you and whatever is going on wont phase you. It works.

Other Answers:
We all have a "switch off" button, discover it and use it
Some it may be meditation, others it maybe massage or music or reading or hot baths but we all have one
Learning to switch off is separating issues so they do not build up enough to penetrate enough to bother you. The best way of doing that is to deal with issues as they arise. If tension stress like a hard day at work it is a form of relaxation you need to learn so the body can switch off from the tension

you can't avoid it.you can just cope with it in a healthy way,and that is:don't get too upset
Recognise that stress itself isn't a bad thing. We all need a bit of stress, it's what motivates us!

One of the first steps in handling stress is to recognise that you can't always control what happens, but you can control your reaction to it.
You have to train your brain to not react, ignore what stresses you, eventually it will come naturally. I know that is hard to do, but without drugs it is your only alternative.
Here's a good book on stress management
