Bad Anxiety today,and DIZZIness I have already taken 3 xanax and my pharmasist says take more,other people?

Question: tell me Xanax causes dizziness,beeb on it for almost 17 years. Had my heart checked yesterday said it was fine but im having a hard time breathing and feelsmlike im having a heart attack.head and neck hurt too, ANy ideas what i can do to chill,and get over this dizzinss my Dr is going to put me back on Valporic acid hich i took for 6 years for panick attacks and i quit taking it in May cold turkey,would that matter,Im a mess Any Idea would be helpful

BULLCRAP!!!! YOUR Pharmacist would NEVER TELL YOU TO TAKE MORE THAN PRESCRIBED!!!! Try to fool someone who has never been there and it may fly with them. You are an addict!
