How can I go to sleep?


Question:
Right now the reason I'm asking this question is because can't sleep and I've been trying for the past two hours. I had to get up turn the computer on and post this question.

Please give me some advice on how can i go to sleep easily???
I am trying but I just can't do it! Then I will probably fall asleep like 3 or 4 in the morning which happens every night and in the morning I have such a difficulty getting up, I will open my eyes but the bed has a magnet or something it will pull me back to sleep! I am so frustrated what can I do???

I can't get up in the morning cuz of this... I will wake up like 12-3pm I hate it so much, I feel like my life's being wasted, but I don't wanna have to seek professional help, there should be other ways to treat this...

If you know or have been in my position before you will know what I'm talking about. Please give some good advice.

I kknow you will think this is crazy but it really does work. First be in a quiet place.Find a very slow and smooth album you might like. Then start to relax in a good position. On your back arms straight, palms flat and open to the ceiling. Start breathing very slowly and deeply. do that about 20 times then start from the bottom of your feet and work your way up speaking to each part of your body. To you toes, to your ankles and up up you go. This is what you say. Toes relax, relax, toes relax and go to sleep. say this about 3 times for each body part. make sure your room is completely dark. No light as your mind rests when it is totally dark. If there is even a smal amount of light the mind stays somewhat awake. I gues it thinks it will miss something. I have severe insomnia and my grandson had severe problems and this works for both of us. Last thing no caffiene or activity(stimulation) atleast 1 hour before you try this. Once you adapt to this it will be like nature to you. I promise it works if you follow exactly what I said.
1. take a bath shower ( Hot ).

2. try to read a good book you have.

3. a cup of lemon may be of benefits.
Warm milk or as cheesy as it sounds,... counting. just relax or if you don't have to get up too early take a warm bath. OR if your into it smoke a J***T!!!
