What are some ways to help Memory problems my 35 year old just can't seem to remember things !?

I'm 34 mother.. of 3 .. after every child it seems that i loose a bit of my memory loooool
I did notice that whenever I spend time learning something new or playing puzzle games my memory improves
I also bought a pocket pc so i can always have some thing to write on or record or even take a pic of & scrible a note
works fine with me
oh & they say if u take more iron it would help .. raisons r a good natural iron source u know

They should keep a list of things to do that day so that they don't need to try and remember everything. Also keep healthy with proper rest and good nutrition. Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water each day also helps keep the mind sharp. Avoid stimulants like caffiene because they can actually drain a person of energy which can affect the memory.
