i am trying to look up info on counselors in my area for ppl my age ( im 17).?

Question: so can you tell me some sites online where i can see what the ppl look like (i like to see if they look like they are nice lol). and where i can see their ages coz i don't want an old person. and how i can find someone in my area.....
and i need INFO on them, because i have to convince my parents that i would like to go to one.....
