You have a lot of trials in your way. Being able to ask your question is a sign that you still have your sanity. Think of the following:
1. The Lebanese mother who lost her husband in the war while her two kids are in the hospital with burns on their bodies and face.
2. The hungry children in Darfur who do not have any loved ones to take care of them.
3. The homeless people in the tsunami and hurricane ravaged places of the world.
Now think how lucky you still are. Just work on your problems one by one. Pray to God for guidance and strength. I hope you will find peace while you work on your problems.
According to Mental Health Foundation figures, one in 20 of us is likely to suffer from 'clinical' depression - that is, serious depression, a disabling disorder including breakdown. At one level, 'breakdown' is one of those words that operates as shorthand; many of us routinely refer to being on the verge of a breakdown when we want to convey just how put upon, stressed and pressurised we are, without really meaning it at all.
At a deeper level, though, a nervous breakdown is generally understood to describe a crisis situation; when someone has reached rock bottom and 'broken', in as much as they have ceased to function in a normal way. The details are more difficult - how a breakdown happens, why, and who it is likely to happen to are harder to pin down.

In a physical sense, an inability to sleep, loss of appetite and lethargy can leave people feeling exhausted. This can result in feeling very emotionally unstable and drained; there may be a loss of confidence and self-esteem, which contribute to the possible underlying issues of anxiety and depression.
the simptoms. probable what the girl up there said. but this would help a lot. it sure worked for me.
cure: do something relaxing and simple. like camping. find something by the water and out of the city, and stay for three or four days. find a good long book at costco to read before you go to bed or when you are in tune with nature.
go swimming a little every day. go on a simple biking trail. make freinds with some people in the spot next to yours & invite them to dinner. if you don't know how to barbacue, do fire roasted hotdogs and fruit salad.
if you have a child, have them spend the night at a relative's or freind's house.
when you get back, do some work that is significant but not HUGE.
just try and relax.
hope you do okay and that everything works out for the best.
