my sister was deiagnosed be HIV positive 2 years ago what habits must she adopt to live longer?

Question:
She has never taken any medication in this regard yet she feels and looks quite healthy. But we are worried that the virus may be eating her immunne system slowly but showly. We live in a very poor country with a poor health sector.

Answers:
A good healthy diet, getting proper rest and sleep, no illegal drugs, taking the prescribed "cocktails" for her condition, not engaging in unsafe sex practices that may lead her to getting infected with another strain of HIV, following her doctors', nutritionists' and other health personnel's instruction to the letter to maintain her immune system as strong and healthy as possible.

How long has it been since Magic Johnson went public with his HIV? MANY years, right? Because he follows a strict regimen as prescribed by his health professionals!
Surely there is some kind of health clinic in your vicinity. Check with them.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and other groups are working to fight diseases in developing countries, by making medications cheaper and more available. Ask around, and you may be able to get some help, but you're right. Do hurry.

Good luck. It's a shame that countries like the US waste so much money on weapons, and spend so little on world health.
she will need to start taking something to boost her immune system... there are many natural supplements that can make a big difference without the high expense of "drugs"... if you don't have access to a herbalist or homeopathic nutritionist then try to find one online.

in the meantime she might start taking monolaurin (you can buy it on ebay). it will protect her from common viruses that the rest of us can fight easily... for a virus to spread through our body it must replicate... monolaurin (lauric acid) disables the coating around cells in a way that they cannot replicate, and therefore not spread.

good luck
Lots of people have HIV and don't go on to get AIDS. I hope the
best for your sister.
