My 35 yr old cousin is off the wagon again-- I need help finding case management in the Buffalo area.?

Question: His relationships (with exwife and children and now current wife) have fallen apart, and my aunt can no longer deal with this almost 20yr old problem (it would be unhealthy for her remaining family to take in this substance abuser again). I need help getting him resources outside of his family to help patch his life together again. ANY help is welcome, but I would prefer specific resources, websites, phone numbers, from social workers or case managers. Thank you so much. We're desperate (and I'm out of state, so am too unfamiliar with county or state programs to be of practical help.).

Forget it, honey and mind your own business! You cannot fix an alcoholic so stop trying. You are butting into someone elses personal life and you have no business doing it. A 20 year old problem? HA..he will have it till the day he dies! Don't waste your time and get on with you own life!

U could try and contact AA in your area and talk to the facilitator privately and find out if they would know of anything like this. Don't give up, and thanks for taking the time to be in your cousins life. If we all gave up on everyone because of problems, this world would be worse off than it is now.
