Most depression is bought on by circumstances, sometimes not just one, maybe a build of things. You dont go into much detail about your circumstances, maybe if we knew that we could help more. My best suggestion is go talk to someone, maybe your local doctor would be the way to start, then take it from there.
See a psychiatrist, and a counselor.

exercise, eat nutritious foods, sleep regular hours
just get alots of sleep. do you have a parner.
